- Walk out of handles over jacking equipment
- Install front haunches and jacking equipment
- Electrical and mechanical disconnects from upper and lower structures
- Motivate car body using Sync Lift’s DHPU & hydraulic drive arrangement
- Lower, remove and transfer boom
- Internal crack repairs to boom, car body and revolving frame
- Hoist swing and propel overhauls
- Replace swing rack rails and rollers
- Full crowd overhaul
- Reassemble ready for handover to production
