Health & Safety

At Sync Lift Engineering, health, safety, environment, and quality are core to everything we do. They shape the way we plan work, manage risk, lead our people, and deliver outcomes for our clients.

Our safety culture is built around our Safe Plan Safe Work program, which establishes clear behavioural expectations and supports the proactive management of risk across the wide range of work we perform. The program equips our people with the tools and authority to plan work properly, verify controls, and stop work where conditions, behaviours, or controls are not safe.

We reinforce this culture through visible leadership, frontline engagement, and a shared commitment to accountability at every level of the business. Our leaders lead by example and promote open communication, trust, and a strong focus on safe outcomes.

Using our internal systems and bespoke applications, we also maintain oversight of workforce and equipment compliance, helping ensure our people are competent, our assets are ready for work, and our operations are executed safely and efficiently.

We recognise that wellbeing is also critical to strong performance. For this reason, we support mental health in the workplace by fostering a culture where our people look out for one another and are encouraged to speak up and seek support when needed.

Through strong systems, engaged leadership, and continual improvement, Sync Lift Engineering is committed to delivering safe, responsible, and high-quality outcomes across all areas of our business.

Environment

At Sync Lift Engineering, we are committed to minimising the environmental impact of our operations and delivering our services in a manner that is responsible, compliant, and sustainable.

We recognise that each project and work environment presents its own environmental risks, regulatory obligations, and stakeholder expectations. We apply disciplined planning, operational controls, and site-specific environmental management practices to support compliance and achieve strong environmental outcomes.

Our commitment extends beyond project sites to our broader operations, including our workshop, facilities, equipment, and support functions. We continually seek practical opportunities to reduce waste, improve resource efficiency, manage energy use, and strengthen environmental performance across the business.

Through monitoring, measurement, and continual improvement initiatives, we work to embed environmental responsibility into the way we plan, execute, and deliver our services. Our ISO 14001 certification underpins this approach, providing a structured framework for environmental risk management, control, and ongoing improvement.

As expectations continue to evolve, Sync Lift Engineering remains focused on delivering reliable services into the future while demonstrating responsible environmental stewardship and supporting long-term sustainability outcomes.

Quality

At Sync Lift Engineering, quality is embedded in every aspect of our operations. Our ISO 9001-certified quality management system underpins our commitment to delivering consistent, reliable, and fit-for-purpose products and services to our clients.

From fabrication through to site installation and commissioning, we apply disciplined systems, robust controls, and clear accountability to ensure our works meet client expectations, project specifications, and applicable industry standards.

Our cloud-based integrated business systems provide real-time visibility and traceability across the project lifecycle, supporting effective management of project delivery, document control, material control, progress monitoring, reporting, safety, quality assurance, cost control, and workforce and equipment compliance.

We also maintain strong technical capability in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of welding procedures across a range of processes and applications, helping ensure our completed works are delivered to a high standard of quality, compliance, and workmanship.

Through structured systems, skilled people, and a focus on continuous improvement, we work to deliver quality outcomes consistently and with confidence.
