Scope of Work
- Gain access to rail corridor for removal of existing vault girder beams
- Scaff from bottom of vault as well as drop scaffolds in every hopper to access underside of girders
- Set up and install inhouse custom designed mobile gantry
- Demolish hold downs and remove existing girders
- Remediate & replace concrete pedestals
- Setting out and aligning hold down configuration
- Core drilling and installing hold-down hardware
- Install and align new girders to AURIZON open track tolerances
- Grout in-situ and retain girders
- Return Dump station for receival of coal
